What Is Abundance, Really? 🌿

We’ve been taught a thousand definitions of abundance. Most of them are external—overflowing bank accounts 💰, sprawling homes 🏡, constant productivity, or unshakable certainty. But what if true abundance isn’t about accumulation at all?

What if it’s about alignment? ✨

What if it’s the feeling of enoughness that comes when we live in congruence with our deepest truth, instead of trying to meet someone else’s expectations of worthiness?

🌙 The Shift from Scarcity to Sufficiency

Many of us were raised in systems that centered lack. Whether it was spiritual lack (“you are inherently broken”), emotional lack (“your needs are too much”), or material lack (“hard work is the only path to being blessed”), we were conditioned to strive, hustle, prove, and please.

But abundance doesn’t arise from proving.

It arises from presence. 🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s not found in chasing what’s outside of us—it’s uncovered when we tune in to what is already here. Abundance is the deep inhale after years of holding your breath. It’s laughter in the middle of grief 😅💔. It’s saying “yes” to connection and “no” to systems that keep you small.

🌸 Abundance Is Permission

Abundance gives us permission to be whole, not perfect. To be sensual, sacred, and wild. To love more than one person if that’s what our truth calls for 💞. To walk barefoot in our own becoming. It’s not something we earn by behaving well. It’s something we reclaim by unbecoming the stories that told us we were never enough.

It’s choosing liberation over loyalty—especially when that loyalty is to systems, traditions, or roles that cost us our aliveness.

From where we stand—living, loving, and rebuilding outside the lines—we’ve learned that abundance often looks like emotional honesty, conscious choice, and deeply consensual connection. 🌀

🔮 The Spiritual Side of Abundance

Spiritually, abundance is resonance. It’s when your insides and your outsides begin to echo the same song 🎶. It’s when you stop asking permission to feel good and start trusting that pleasure, play, and presence are sacred portals to the divine.

When we let go of the illusion that scarcity is holy, we begin to recognize the divine in delight 🌈. We stop worshipping suffering and start embodying joy.

This doesn’t mean we bypass pain. It means we honor it—and still make space for joy to grow beside it 🌱.

🌞 A Few Truths About Abundance:

  • You don’t have to wait for it. It’s not on the other side of hustle or healing. It’s here—in your breath, your body, your boundaries, your becoming.

  • It doesn’t look the same for everyone. Your version of an abundant life might be quiet mornings, soft love, deep connection, and creative freedom 🎨☕️.

  • It grows when you’re honest. With yourself, your lovers, your past. With what you want and what you don’t.

  • It gets louder when you follow aliveness—even if it scares you 🔥.

🪞Reflection Prompts

  • Where did I learn my definition of abundance? Does it still serve me?

  • What parts of my life already feel abundant, even if they’re not “ideal” by external standards?

  • Where am I still striving, hustling, or proving? What might it feel like to soften into enoughness?

  • What does soul-aligned abundance look like for me?

🕊️ Empowering Truths

  • I am allowed to redefine abundance on my own terms.

  • My worth is not tied to productivity, performance, or perfection.

  • I am already enough—and my life is allowed to feel good 💗.

  • I trust the voice of aliveness as my spiritual compass.

  • Abundance is not something I chase. It’s something I choose.

From all three of us—Kami, Trent & Nita—this is the life we’re living into. Not because it’s perfect, but because it’s true. And that truth is a kind of wealth we can’t unsee. 💫

Stay soft. Stay bold. Stay open. That’s abundance.
